Horrible customer service!Absolute joke.I ordered a very large amount of dishes for my mom for Christmas. The order did come very well packed. I realized I ordered a set of bowels that were the wrong pattern and they all had a rust colored stain on the bottom, i thought it would wash off, but it didn't called customer service, was on hold for 45 min. When my call was finally taken I spoke with ****, I explained I ordered the wrong bowls and that they had stains on them and wanted to know how I go about exchanging them for the correct ones. I was on the phone with him for nearly 30 minutes, he kept putting me on hold, he finally said I could keep the bowls I have as a gift. I thought wow, how nice is that! He was to send me an email and I would need to answer some questions and then they would send me the bowls I needed.After filling out the form, I recieved an email that said I needed to return the wrong bowls and then they would send me what I needed.I emailed back explaining what **** had told me, I even advised they listen to the recording.While i didnt have a problem returning the bowls as it was my mistake. The fact that they had stains and **** stated i could keep them as a "gift" I believe they should have done what **** said could be done. So after multiple emails back and forth, I finally gave up..will NEVER order from them again.
