Sept 3 2022 my husband snd 3 kids stayed in room 315 and arrived at 12 am room smelt like mold and sheets and pillows had hair on them desk chair had tons of dandruff and nasty stuff in the seat and the air conditioner blew black stuff out all over our stuff on the round table its was disgusting and disturbing I felt sick after we left I want my full refund of $174 and the skylight in elevator was half way fallen down which was a major safety issue .Business response

To assist in reaching a resolution, *** informed the propertys general manager of the situation. The general manager will contact the guest on or before October 11th. As a company, were committed to delivering a great experience with every stay with us.

Better Business Bureau:
I feel like they are lying because Ive contacted them numerous times and they gave me an email to send but I have no response from them and now alll of a sudden they have a new email address I just want my money back
