      I purchased a vehicle from this dealership August 22nd, 2022. On October 9th the vehicle quit running. It was a Cummins diesel truck and ************** are not inexpensive to repair. I attempted to work with the dealership for 2 weeks after the break down to come to some sort of agreement or help from them to fix the vehicle, but I was given the run around by several people with the establishment (************************ (alleged manager, and **** the owner). I ended up having the vehicle ****** to a ******* specialist and diagnosed. There were many MANY defects with the engine that had been preexisting and "band aid" fixed or fixed improperly. The dealership (*****) had told me at that point that they would pay whatever the cost was to fix the engine. The truck was in the shop for 2 whole months getting repaired. When the repairs were finished, I got in touch with ***** so they could pay the mechanic, ***** stated that he would need to talk to the owner. A week later ***** still had not "talked to the owner" of the dealership and my truck had yet to be picked up from the shop. I was able to contact the owner directly after several phone calls to ***** with no results. **** (owner) claimed to have no knowledge of my ordeal, hung up on me and blocked me from calling. ***** also blocked me from calling at this point. When i attempt to call the main dealership line I'm put on hold for over 20 mins until I inevitably hang up. We are now in December, I've had the truck back for about a month, the transmission has now gone out. I have not attempted to contact them about the transmission due to the treatment i got previously. I feel as though i was scammed and mistreated by this company! There are many reviews on ****** about this dealership that state the exact same thing that i have been through. They do not deserve to be in business.

      Purchased a vehicle September 6th 2022. Signed my contract with a loan thru a credit union. All was good. Flash forward to September 14th received a email I needed to upload more paystubs and W2. Ok no biggie, done! Flash forward to October 16th 2022. Called credit union to make my first car payment, surprise..they have no loan under my name!! Called dealership, was told oh I need more paystubs we're gonna get you financing somewhere else! I replied no thanks I do not want the car that's very shady. I'll take business elsewhere. Took my car back Thursday October 22nd and was told I do not get my **** dollar down payment back!! This is fraud. The finance manager was extremely rude and absolutely unprofessional!

      I contacted them for a vehicle purchase I am about 7 hrs drive from them so was trying to make a deal before wasting a drive. ****** was my salesman they advertised this as a 2007 suburban ******** with a new motor ***** miles. I asked some questions as the car fax showed od rollback multiple times. ****** stated it had an lml duramax drivetrain in it out of a 2013 with ***** miles. He asked I put a hold on the vehicle so I could see it, I asked *** text to confirm it was refundable. He called in a hurry to get my deposit/hold of **** dollars. It was never implied or expressed it was non refundable. After I paid I recieved a text with receipt and then another saying it was non refundable. After this I was told they lost the brackets for the roof rack, at this time I asked for pics of underneath the vehicle. The dpf was dented badly,also the rear end and transfer case were not swaped like expressed. After reviewing further they advertised multiple features witch were not on the vehicle. I then texted to cancel the deal as I don't want to deal with damaged emissions. Also the motor appeared to be a lmm and they couldn't get me the engines serial or von to confirm. Upon canceling ****** told me it was non refundable I asked to speak to a manager **** called me and said they could refund half my deposit. He was very rude and refused to give me his last name or his boss's info and hung up. He said I'm sure you can find the owners info. I have disputed this with my bank.
