            The BBB investigated this company due to the number and type of complaints filed against it by consumers. The BBB also conducted a review of major search engines and found several review sites which confirmed similar conduct by the company. Finally, the BBB reviewed the company's website to determine any policies the company had regarding issues that were the subject of our investigation.
            Consumers allege that they purchase items but do not receive the complete order, some consumers allege they only receive one item out of a bundle pack. Many consumers claim the items they do receive do not work yet they are unable to receive a refund. Company website states there is a 90 day warranty. 
            BBB brought these allegations to the business and the business did not respond. BBB will continue monitoring the business.

              I live in Ontario, Canada. On April 10, 2023, I have ordered through ******* marketplace a ******** ***, meant to be a birthday gift to my son, who had specifically asked for that console. The delivery date was April 20 and I was fine with it. On April 20, at night when we realized that it was too late for delivery, I emailed ******* customer service who put me in co tact with the seller, Retro V Games, which is based in TX, US. I was contacted by the seller and told that “Cross border shipments tend to take some time and I expect this to be delivered before the end of the month”. Needless to say, this is NOT what I agreed when I purchased the console. Retro v games should take responsibility with clients when setting a delivery date.

              Ordered 10 ******** 64 extension **** only to have 2 come in the mail. They disputed any actions because they have proof of the 2 out of 10 extension paks arriving through the mail. The package weighed in at 1lb when the 10 extension paks would have been 2 and a half to 3 lbs. I was told from customer service that I would be contacted regarding the matter within 3-5 business day multiple times without ever receiving support. I highly do not recommend anyone to do any business with this company as they are scamming their customers. I will still fight to get my situation resolved as this is completely outrageous.
