      This company is not about customer service. It is bout taking your money. I canceled my plan and they kept charging me. For 15 months, they kept charging me. When I called the most unprofessional and rude person answered the phone. If I am on the exchange is because I do not have money. It is a confusing system aimed at collecting money, but not helping people. This is as close as you get to a scam. Charging poor people every month for 15 months. Shame, a real shameful company. Jose

      Will I will let the Fed make the decision on them 1) 3.5 years of autopay and new cards and all But in the middle of major dental work they chose to cancel my policy with these excuses 1) they could not send an email to me though they sent one to state they were processing a bill2)2) 2) They sent an email stating they were canceling my policy Okay they state I changed my credit card: this is not true and if so they would have like the past sent a message to me stating an issue They state O< then we gave you new cards so you had to call us to update your information but that is not stated anywhere and since they sent me new cards that was the time to inform me but they did not In my view they wanted not to pay for the medical bill and they lied and mob jumbo, back sliding commits and reasons are just that Lies and Justifications for ending 3.6 year commitment to get out of paying a bill in English Law in my View we call this DEFRAUDING/Trickery/Fleecing I have contact the Federal Government This company will not work with you. They will give you a low level Supervisor which means nothing this medical an important matter - they have no arbitration or wish to so all most 4 years and this? Do not trust people who cannot email you, call you, texted you or send you snail mail and then take your money and your health

      Stuart T******* who I dealt with was the absolute best so friendly and helpful explained everything so I could understand it I would give him 30stars if I could I could not be happier and he got me such a good price and plan. Thanks you so much Stuart

      I did NOT give this company got my number, but I have told them countless times I am not interested and not to call again. They are still calling an average of 10 calls per day. I don't know how these companies can get away with harassment like this. They use a local area code and call relentlessly. My next contact will be the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals office. This has to stop!

      THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE AND USELESS BY ITSELF!! NO REFUNDS. SureMed was bundled with BlueCross, also bundled the auto payment. When I canceled the BlueCross, it did not cancel the auto payment from SureMed. I was told by the BlueCross that I have to call SureMed to cancel auto payment. When I called the SureMed customer service, I was told this is non-refundable after the end of month auto payment. The Walgreens said I cannot use the SureMed alone because it is not an insurance. I called the eye doctor & the dentist, they told me the same thing. So I basically wasted $175 the whole month for nothing. What a scam!!

      They call constantly. Don't even know how they got my number. More than half of their calls are hang-ups. When they do get you on the phone they're pushy and rude. DO B NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

      I have used them for 2 years. Anthony helped me with my marketplace insurance after I lost my job. Once my medicare insurance was ready to start Alicia helped me with an advantage plan to save me money. This company and its employees are truly a great help. I am extremely pleased with them. Thanks All.?????

      Terrible people. Got charged after I had tried for days to cancel my insurance. When I asked an agent for info or help he said call some number i had been calling and then hung up on me. His name was Randy Z*****. This place never answers phone or returns messages i left for them. You get the feeling of helplessness being with this company and that is not ok.
