I recently had a backup in my basement and was able to find a great company to come out and help us through it. I was impressed on how quickly we received a call and the ability to come out the next day and get us taken care of. While on property Fred explained everything he was doing and was very courteous and respectful. I found his pricing to be fair and very reasonable. Definitely will be calling Fred again for any future issues or repairs.Review from Marcus H

I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. If you have rental properties your tenants will stay longer and therefore increase NOI over time.Review from Phil G

We also had water in our basement from Ida - first time in 23 years. Just enough to saturate the padding and go undetected until half the carpeting in our basement was wet. I called IPS and they responded within two hours. They vacuumed the carpeting and provided the fans and dehumidifier to dry the carpeting and concrete. Within three days all was dry. Fred also helped me to understand what might have caused the water to seep into the basement. IPS is a great company that takes pride in their work - not all that common these days.Review from Michael O

After Hurricane Ida came through our neighborhood, our basement (Including my home recording studio) flooded. I called IPS the next morning and they came out right away. Spoke with Fred (The owner)...his team worked extremely fast and proficient, very professional, they "Get it" when you talk to them! Their team got our basement dry in no time at all. Fred even took the time to walk around the perimeter of my house to explain where issues might be, as well as prevention tips. I can't say enough about them - highly impressed. I would recommend to anyone needing water remediation, and would gladly use them again if needed.
