My daughter had an ambulance ride back in 2015 8 years ago she was not living with me at this time and it was removed from my credit however this company put it back on there and still call me for collections 8 yrs later not once have they contacted the mother of the child and at the time of this she did have insurance they just refused to take itBusiness response

Dear *** *****,
Our office is in receipt of *** ******'s complaint for services rendered, which was left unpaid. The consumer is not presenting the entirety of the narrative. We would like to remind the consumer that our office possesses an outstanding civil judgment against the consumer. The judgment was rendered by the Court and no appeal was filed by the consumer therefore making the judgment a final judgment of the Court. The consumer is well aware of this fact as our office has spoken to the consumer regarding this unpaid judgment on several occasions. Should the consumer need refreshing of their memory, we would direct the consumer to review the ********** County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Action No. ********. After such review, should the consumers wish to rectify the judgment, we would be pleased to accommodate this request.
Please advise our office that this matter is now closed with your company, as *** ****** is liable for the civil judgment that is against him. If you or *** ****** would like to satisfy the outstanding judgment, please direct full payment to our office and we will thereafter satisfy the judgment and mark the consumer's credit report as paid in full; otherwise, if you or the consumer have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate in contacting our office.

Hamilton Law made an unauthorized, unapproved charge for services I clearly stated I did not want. They had no authorization to do and were aware they did not. They attempted to charge a closed account. This is fraudulent. . They have worsened their wire fraud by reporting this unauthorized. Illegal transaction.Business response

This memo will serve as a response to the recent inquiry that *** **** submitted to your office. Upon review of this matter, we believe the consumer is confusing his creditors. Hamilton Law Group, PC has never made any unauthorized or unapproved charges, nor has Hamilton Law Group, PC ever attempted to charge a closed account and frankly our office has not made any charges to any of *** ****'s accounts. Our office is also not aware of any other debts that the consumer owes.
Although we believe the consumer is mistaken in his beliefs that we made unauthorized charges to his account, and as we previously mailed the supporting documentation to the address be provided, we are authorized to resolve the balance of the matter is in our office for a reduced sum of $200.00, if the settlement is paid to our office prior to May 30, 2022. In the event the consumer is unwilling to amicably resolve this matter by May 30 at this reduced sum, we will promptly rescind the offer, and the full amount of this debt will continue to be reported as owed. Accordingly, we would appreciate you conveying this offer when you contact the consumer to discuss the results of your investigation,
While we await your reply regarding the details of your investigation, or a response from the consumer regarding the above settlement, if you should need any additional information regarding this matter, please feel free to direct any such inquiry to our office.
