  Was told tire replacement would be covered under Volkswagen Tire replacement road hazard warranty Was then charged $220 , was not returned my damaged tire which was kept by the dealership , Tire was replaced on 26 July , so now I have no recourse for warranty replacement and had to pay $220 for a tire Dealership informed me over the telephone that it would be covered because I do have new tires that I purchased from Volkswagen and I have the road hazard warranty

  Customer initially had tires installed at another dealership with missing tire specifications which did not qualify under VW warranty processing. We did process the refund for the tire cost for the customer outside of the warranty parameters.

  I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. During the financing portion I was exposed to what I believe deceptive business practices. The finance person offered a service warranty for $898.00 dollars that he was quoted as sayingthis will cover all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, all oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, front end alignments could come in once a week and get your car aligned. Taking him at his word I agreed to the service plan. Then when I attempted to use the service plan it could not be found, initially. After eventually being found it was relayed to me that this plan covers 1 of everything not as it was explained by the finance person even after I questioned the coverage he confirmed everything was covered. I asked to speak to the general manager and had what I thought was a good conversation and he presented the resolution that he would refund the cost of the purchased warranty but had to see if he could deduct it from the financed part of the purchase or write a check to me for the amount. He said he would contact me on a few days. We shook hands and I departed. After a week no contact was made after I left a message. I was car shopping at the dealership with my daughter and saw the general manager and questioned him about his decision and he said he was cutting me a check. I thanked him and continued to shop. Three weeks have passed and multiple unanswered phone calls and still no reimbursement. I do believe there are some deceptive business practices occurring at this dealership.
