I tried numerous times to reach the landlord (Triumph One LLC, David S******) about my deposit and have been ignored each & every time I made an attempt. I paid my deposit in full on 7/12/18. Paid monthly rents for 4 years early and on time, every month. Last resigned a lease on 7/26/21 which would last until July 31, 2022. Emailed on 6/6/2022 that I will not be renewing my lease (due to my mother has terminal illness/cancer and need to move back to take care of her and to see her last months remaining of her life), left my forwarding address, & inquired about what checkout procedures are. I emailed Mr. S****** that I will not be renewing not only on 6/6/22, but also again on 6/21/22 & 6/24/22. I received no response or acknowledgement to this. On 7/13/22 I emailed that I was moved out (even though paid in full until 7/31/22). On 7/14/22, the landlord responded thanking me for letting him know. 7/20/22, my unit was already advertised for rent & before the end of July 2022, another tenant had already been living and moved in my unit I paid in full. I sent deposit inquiry emails to Mr. S****** on 8/11/22, 8/18/22, 8/25/22, 9/1/22, 9/8/22, 9/27/22, 10/5/22, 10/19/22, and 10/28/22 in which no response received. I sent a text to the landlord about my deposit inquiry on 8/29/22, 9/6/22, 9/12/22, 9/27/22, 10/6/22, & 10/28/22 in which no response received. I also tried calling the landlord on 9/28/22, 9/30/22, & 10/10/22, in which I was able to leave a voicemail on attempts made when the mailbox was not full. Per state of Pennsylvania law I was to receive a deposit back within 30 days of vacate of unit or an itemized list of why the full deposit was not returned. I have not received either at all as of today, 10/30/22. Space will not allow more. It is unfortunate I need to leave something unfavorable after being told by Mr. S****** I am a good tenant who always pays rent early and on time & even shovels snow on the sidewalks of the unit.Business response

Hi Jessie, I apologize for the issue with your security deposit. I had instructed our accounts payable to send security deposit check back to you. We have had some staffing turnover, and I believe the issue is now resolved. I will be sure you receive your full security deposit.Customer response
