Perfect Smile Dental will not schedule a future appointment without an insurance provider. Is aware of Medicare coverage issues current but their manager of today (no more recent than a week into employment) says that violating such a policy, no matter how it may impinge upon the client, would cause for her termination. This creates discrimination and she stated she was clearly aware of such. Overall the state has failed to adequately provide benefits and Perfect Dental gave no indication of escalating the known concerns internally as it has been of issue for months. .. Sounds like people shuffle names and titles only to present importance not adequately address concerns or issues preventing access to care.

Horrible customer service-when I tried to explain to them that their automated voice message system was faulty they dismissed me rudely and with a cruel tonality told me I was being condescending. I tried explaining that I’ve worked in the tech field and with AI but they said they don’t care. I tried explaining how they could confuse older patients or other demographics and they wouldn’t let me speak. After they wouldn’t let me get a word in-I said “what the h**l” or something along those lines and they said goodbye and hung up. Tried calling back to file a complaint-got hung up on a few times. Finally got through to someone who neglected to acknowledge her associates errors and attitude problem but did say she’d look into the AI. From my perspective; everyone in the customer service field needs to have their attitude checked if they want to keep their jobs and be successful.

I needed to get a root canal from this location. I am going to keep this very simple. I do not recommend that any working person or persons with self respect to one's health go see seek medical care from anyone in this office. I got a root canal paid a co-pay of more tham $200. I never got to view my exrays before the procedure or after the procedure. I came in with pain and left with pain. It was a waste of time and money. I reported this place to my insurance company, it is a fraud. I found a new doctor recommeded by the insurance company. I found out I received a particle root canal, The doctor did not complete the process and failed to mention I needed two root canals in the same area. The area was infected and I felt sick. This doctor wanted to place a cap over a incomplete job that was infected. I had trouble getting a appointment due to the no dentist was available to care for his patients. They start work on your mouth and do not finish it. I am requesting a refund and I letting the public know in Pittsburgh DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR MEDICAL CARE. You will regret it. It should be shut down. It is working under fraudulent conditions.

Been almost a year and still havent received my dentures

Over priced. Charged me 650 and then put in a claim with my insurance company for the same amount. For tooth extraction I was billed almost **** dollars

Today I had an appointment for extraction and I will never go back there as long as I live had to have 8 teeth extracted and I was not numb in the one area the last assisting ************* said if I felt about pain in that area to raise my hand and he would apply more novacaine I raised my hand bc it hurted and it was not numb enough to extract the tooth well his response to my pain was oh it's not pain is pressure there is nothing I can do about it I felt like a patient off of the movie the dentist if a patient screams and cry that's not pressure that's pain I was shaking and everything soon as I left out the novacaine wore off in the area where it hurted most and the pain was intense my mom went on and asked for something for pain they prescribed amoxicillin which is not for pain after an extraction and I am allergic to it I wish I didn't have to leave a start because I wouldn't leave one at all the worse dental experience I've had in my life.

If I could leave no stars I would. I dont normally post stuff personal on here but, today I had an appointment scheduled at @Perfect Smiles Dental (old @All about Smiles). My appointment was scheduled for 9 am, I get there, the front desk lady comes running in behind me, runs behind the desk and asks if Ive been helped no I have an appt at 9 for an extraction she replies doesnt look like youre on the schedule, let me find out whats going on - takes a couple calls and walks away. She comes back and says looks like your appt was at 8 and you were removed because you never showed ???? Now I would never schedule an appt at 8 because I take my kids to school so that right there tells me I know thats a lie, and I just double checked that card because Camerons father and I just talked about this on Friday! In return I said ya know you people screwed up all of my paper work and were calling my childs father to confirm my appt and now my appointment was moved from 9 to 8. She stops me and says you can stop saying you people we changed our name last month and no longer associate with All about smiles so if your paperwork was messed up it was their fault! I said NO I was just here two weeks ago so if my paperwork is messed up its your fault! Ready for this? She then replies No its not my fault so you can stop being a b**** to me you were removed from the schedule because you didnt show I had to call this place myself on Friday and confirmed for 9 and also discussed other cleanings with them So now Im at home looking for this appt card to take back up there and currently looking for a new dentist office
