      Do not get a car from them they are no help at all after you get the car I've had this car 2yr and have not been able to drive it for 60days straight it has had 2 engines in it and still does not work the same thing I complained about when they keep trying to fix it is the sane thing why it it keeps breaking down after they get your car to fix it they give you no loaner or anything just paid almost $1700 a week ago and the car is down again

      This place is not here to help you it is here to take advantage of people that can’t get credit do your research first the charge 24% over 5 years there cars are marked up 5k you end up paying more they the car was ever worth so they are not here to help at all look all there cars are 10k plus and over 100k in miles all the reviews you are seeing are people that don’t know any better and get taking advantage of do not do business with these people stay fare fare away any one want to see there loan let me know I will show you one more thing they will repo your car if you are 15 days late so don’t run in to hard time even if you always payed this place is fast talking to get you in to a car and a loan that will kill your wallet. Update they blocked me on Facebook because I was telling everyone the truth and please keep email me I am happy to help put you in the right direction 12 people so fare went else where thanks again

      Would of gave half star if I could. Got 2015 keep Patriot from them... Made 2 payments.. first one... Paid a day early... Better early then late.. right??? Not with this company.. got charged 30 bucks return fee and payment late??? Go figure. They tried to take payment again next morning ??????. Taken care of .. just a misunderstanding... Right??? Not at the least... Second payment.. ok I'm gonna just let it come out of account on due date???? Get confirmation 10 am that morning... Your payment was received.. thank you. All's good in my world!!! Come Monday they call. We didn't receive your payment??? Explain it was taking gave them confirmation number. Said it was never received... Another's 30 bucks .. explained I get paided in 10days... Didn't Matter.????????said they are going to repo vehicle... Drove vehicle 8 daysno repo.... Go out jeep gone... You really couldn't wait 2ore days???? Why not pick up when you said .. why wait 8 days??? I, ll never understand that one!!!! Be very cautious of this companies business practices... No compassion for a new customer at all. Love the vehicle all was super up until this stupid practice. Thank you.

      I just a car with them and the sales person was very nice with me they help me on all the questions I had, the guy who bring the car was really nice so far I don’t have any complaints David and Marianne are very nice people I give them a 100

      My husband and I got a 2016 Ford Focus. The first day we had it, it went into the shop. Needed oxygen censors, Red White and Blue did take care of that. kept having issues with the car the hole time. The car broke down had it towed, the belt broke and the motor went in it. Red White and Blue took care of that, they wouldnt give us a loaner vehicle or anything. Wouldnt help us out for me to be able to get to work. We got it back on a Monday, that Thursday it broke down again. We called Red White and Blue they towed it to a ford dealership to be looked at. We asked them to just let us trade and get another vehicle so i could get to work, we kept getting the run around and the managers were always to busy to talk to us. It was uncalled for what we had to go thru, we had that car less than 6 months. We asked a couple more times about another vehicle, they kept making excuses. my job was effected by this hours got cut and i had no way to work. Finally after a month of it being at the dealership and nothing was done to the car, and all the trouble i went thru, my husband and i decided to just let them keep the car. Got papers in the mail stating since we waved our rights to the car, they repoed it and wont fix it and is taking it to auction as it sits. So whatever it sells for, the rest of the loan is going on my husbands and I's credit. Its pretty bad we had to go thru all of this and had the car less than 6 months and I NEVER missed a payment even when it was in the shop and broke down. You would think they would do what they can to keep their customers happy and safe in their vehicles.
