I hired them to move my furniture from Boothwyn pa to South Carolina. I purchase extra insurance. My Furniture arrived in South Carolina before me. The person i purchased the home from watched them unload it. When i got they a week later i called the cable company to hook up cable that's when we noticed 55 inch curved tv screen was cracked. I called them to file a claim they send me the forms to fill out i filled them out and return them. Couple days later their driver called and said i was lying and there was nothing wrong with the tv and may be myself or someone else broke it. A week later i got a letter that said all electronics listed on inventory as mechanical condition unknown. The TV was on and working when Zach came over to my apt in Boothwyn to give me a estimate. All i was asking was for 300 dollars it cost me to replace the Tv. Not be called a layer and cheat .Business response

************* I have received and read the complaint filed by ******* ******. *************** was picked up and delivered as scheduled as described The delivery was completed and all items were placed as instructed by the consignee Most items were place, stacked in the living room, including the large TV Upon completion, I went room to room and placed, reassembled items as needed or requested This including unboxing and unwrapping the large TV which was packed in a TV carton by ******Heritage
There was no physical damage to the TV It was unboxed directly infront of the consignee and it remained on the floor The living room was filled with cartons and items, stacked, 4-5 high ** ****** took exception to me, the driver, informing him that I unboxed it and there was no physical damage Also that his consignee was present He became angry, upset, and accusational He told me it was discovered by the cable man, upon him connecting the cable The TV would have had to be moved to be connected for one thing, and when asked, he did not see the cable man move the TV, just that he noticed the damage. During our conversation, he told me there was no physical damage at all, it was only when the TV turned on He also filed a claim for $875 as per claim form
I did inform ** ****** of ECU, electronic condition is unknown He began yelling and cursing There was no pleasing him If he had asked for $300 I probably would have worked with him, and I will if that is true,
