I paid $175 for a lesson and drivers exam for my daughter. The appointment was scheduled for 7/17/2023. I called on 7/13/2023 and to cancel because we were still waiting for ******* to send my daughters renewed learners permit. I was told to call back and reschedule when we received the permit. I called and rescheduled for 8/11/2023 and had to pay another $175 to secure the appointment. I sent two emails and called to ask for a refund for my original $175 for the cancelled 7/17 appointment and they have been completely unresponsive. I was told by a phone representative that they created 2 separate profiles for me in their system for the appointments, but that she was not authorized to issue a refund and would have a supervisor call me back. I never received a call. Driven2Drive did complete the lesson and exam on 8/11 so there is no issue with that. However, no services were rendered for 7/17/2023 and they are not responding to my requests for a refund.Initial Complaint

My son called Driven2Drive because he wanted to take his road test to receive his Driver's License. In order for him to schedule an appointment, Driven2Drive required a payment of $82.50. I paid the fee. Three days later, after practicing driving skills with my son, I determined he was not ready to take the road test. I called the company to cancel and they will not refund my $82.50 even though I received absolutely no services from Driven2Drive. He wasn't scheduled to take the road test until August 23, 2022 and I cancelled the appointment on August 12, 2022. They still will not refund my payment.Business response
