            On Monday August 29th, I signed/finalized the refinancing of my home to a new mortgage provider. However because I have to wait 48 hours for everything to be completed, in case I wanted to back out of have my debits eliminated, the funds weren't released until Thursday the 1st of September. I was told Allied was aware of the process as they needed to sign off on the final numbers, which would include my August payment and they were paid in full. Despite that Allied still felt it needed to report to credit agencies that I was 30 days late giving me a 30 point hit. I asked them to reverse the report, but they are refusing because I got behind during Covid. These are two totally different things, the first of which was a world wide pandemic that I was juggling a lot of different things, not the least of which my father nearly dying, the second is a refi they new about and were in contact with the new company with. They are two separate events and should be judged differently. But they don't care, it almost seems like they are doing this out of spite because they are no longer getting my money.
