I created a request to transfer money to ***** since Apr 25 . The money has been debited . But it shows awaiting payment. Kindly response issue asap . The business had been good in first couple of transfer but suddenly they are delaying. I am worried as I dont see any updates.Business response

This is in response to the complaint received by the BBB for the above mentioned case.
We have reviewed the customer profile and as of today, May 31, 2023, the transaction was paid on May 1, 2023. I have provided below proof and timeline from the transaction was received to when it was paid. As you can see the transaction was received by us on April 26, 2023, and paid 5 days later. There are multiple reasons why a transaction is pending, however, in this case the timing is within the appropriate timeframe for a ACH/direct debit. Additionally, client was required to update identifying information in our system. You can see below the proof that the payment has been paid.
This email serves as our response and closure of this complaint by the BBB and customer.
