Pick up service has been great. I was informed by customer service that the company now has a “ locked account fee” if you are late paying your bill. I admit I have been late at times. I have never disputed the late fee. I informed the customer service agent that I was not aware of any other fees. Stated letter was sent out but was not able to resend original letter. The fee is in addition to the late fee of 10:00$. The lock fee is also $10:00 . Customer should be aware prior to charging fee.

I have been calling customer service for 2 years now weekly to get my garbage bin picked up. They make up lies and excuses and refuse to make it right. They need to loose their contracts.

For 2 years I have had them, and I have never had problems until the last few months. Pickup has been seriously delayed more often than not, and today was the last straw, I came home from work and discovered that 50% of my trash had been left at the mouth of my driveway and my trashcan discarded. I called to ask why it hadn't been removed and was met with a CSR that had a terrible attitude and tried to pitch me an "upgrade" to avoid this in the future, For years I have never had an issue with having extra bags out of the can if they didn't fit in the trash can I paid for. But they left the bags behind in order to try and get me to upgrade my package, that is seriously the shadiest way to sell a product I have ever encountered. They picked up all my trash last week, although late they had no problems retrieving the extra bags last week. I cancelled my service and told them I was going to report them to the BBB. What an awful shady sales tactic.Review from Dennis M

The company is to pick up the garbage every week on Thursday. In the last 6 weeks they only picked up 3 times. In the last 6 months they didnt make the pickup on Thursday. They might come Friday Saturday or even Monday.Review from Maura M.

Horrible customer **********************! Consistently terrible service and just dont pick up trash for weeks! Why do we pay for a service they dont fulfill??? Scheduled trash pickup for the past year has been spotty at best! They also pick up some trash but leave others! Youll speak to customer ********************** and they are very nonchalant and dont care! They will tell you they sent someone out but, per usual, they never show and your trash piles up for weeks!! We moved to a Farm home here in *********, ** a few months ago. This trash company has repeatedly MISSED picking up our trash........again over the past 2 weeks. Are they on STRIKE AGAIN? Whats up people................I even offered to work physically on the truck, FULL TIME......and spoke with the CEO........yet he never called back as promised. I am 67, a ************ Vet during the ******* War and still work out. Forget the fact that I overcame Liver Cancer, Diabetes, Polycythemia, a Stroke and Heart Surgery. I grew up on a Farm in Kansas........and value the life lessons I learned back then. come on people.........GET BACK TO WORK!!!!!!!Review from Blondie B

If I could rate this company negative stars, I would! THE ABSOLUTE WORST trash company I ever had! Constantly forgetting to pickup trash and by the time they do, my can is so full that I have to put other bags on the ground.
