We took our camper to beaver motors to get some roof repair work done. we have complained numerous times, but to no avail. we have tried to get them to repair it correctly, and all they did was put a little bit of sealant on the roof, instead of correctly fixing it. the roof was to be repaired via the warranty. the issue is that there were nails coming up thru the roof, i put some coverage over the nails, so that the water would not get inside the roof. i was under the assumption that they would remove this cover (over the nails) and correct the issue. they failed to do so. as far as i am aware they have been paid by forest river to rpair this issue.Initial Complaint

Was told my vehicle would be covered under warranty except for a little diagnostic time. Waited two months to get van back. Its still not done. After being told it would be done. Was then told I had to pay 12 to 16 hours if diagnostic time at $125.00 an hour. Was told it would be a few. I told owner I wasnt going to pay that much. He then informed me he was stopping work on my vehicle until I gave him $1100 in cash. No check or credit card. So I had to go to my bank and get cash and drive it 45 minutes to the dealership so he would finish my van. Oh and the owner of the dealership called me an a******
