  Collision shop has repeatedly told me for 2 months that they would start fixing my car but has continued to put other vehicles in front of mine. I was told 2 months ago that after they finished working on another car which was scheduled to be finished that week or the next. My car which is a convertible is now covered in grinding particles which could ruin the convertible top. It should of been covered because I take excellent care of this vehicle which is only driven sparingly during the good weather months. They are a very unprofessional collision center. They only have one employee doing all the work to the vehicles. Customers need to be warned that due to their lack of personnel they will be waiting an extremely long period of time to get their vehicles repaired and back to them.

  In response to Mr. ********'s complaint, his mustang was towed to Nick Crivelli's body shop as a non drive vehicle. The owner was informed that we do our best to try and accommodate all non-drive vehicles towed here into our already scheduled customers. Mr. ******** was also informed that his vehicle would be here for a while and was given the option to have it towed to another Nationwide approved repair shop. He chose to keep the vehicle with our shop. 
  The issue of parts to repair his vehicle being extremely slow in delivery causing further delay. Supply chain delays are a common occurrence for all businesses currently, we have been struggling with this for the past eight months. 
  Mr. ******** stated there were grindings covering his vehicle. That would not be the case, as with all body shop repairs, each vehicle does become dusty. Prior to the vehicle being returned to the customer each vehicle is detailed inside and out. 
  As for his concern for personnel, our staffing includes two certified technicians as well as a certified trade school apprentice. Trying to find and hire a veteran body shop technician is virtually impossible, again a difficult sign of the current times. 
  His vehicle is in production as of October 19, 2021. It will be repainted soon, then the vehicle will be reassembled, test driven, then lastly go to detail. We do not return a vehicle unless it is 100% 
  Mr. ********'s mustang should be ready for pick up by October 29, 2021.
