The process of buying a car was accompanied by manipulation. The promise to return the money for the canceled and not rendered service was not fulfilled.

********************** purchased a 2023 Forester on 12/29/22 from Thomas ****** in ***********. ********************** contacted his sales representative on March to cancel his Advanced 5 and Prepaid Maintenance. A check in the amount of $2042.88 was mailed to Chessie ******************** on 3/7/23.********************** had also requested that his ****** Exteneded Warranty and ************* be refunded, this however was not understood and required ********************** to remail on May 31st asking for his refund. A check in the amount of ******* was sent to Chessie FCU on May 31st. at 12:59pm and is for $2870 SAS Warranty, $795 Gap and $294.78 Sales Tax. All refunds have been made as of May 31, 2023.All refunds have been submitted to ************************** lending institution. We apologize for the inconvenience. ********************** did not receive effective communication from his sales representative. Training was provided to this team member, and it is our usual policy to complete refunds for ancillary products in less than 14 days.
