Extremely rude receptionists and cant get their excuses straight. They cancelled my appointment in early April because as what the receptionist told me ************* said he was going to a convention last minute. I scheduled with a different dentist because I was only coming here since my dentist was closed for the pandemic. Now I have a dental emergency and would like to be seen by literally any dentist since my dentist didnt have emergency appointments available until the end of June. I told the receptionist that last time we spoke I was a little ****** off and she threw me on hold and asked around about the story. She came back and told me that they cancelled because they had a fire. Wouldnt that have been nice to know at first instead of being told ************* was going to a convention? I mean seriously they cancelled my appointment for Friday on a Monday and if there was a fire they would have said it right? And I wouldnt have even said I was ****** off and I wouldve rescheduled if that was the case. Im not a person that blames a facility for cancelling my appointment over a fire but I sure a h*** blame them for going to a convention last minute. I asked if she even wanted me to schedule with them and she said she never even said that which she didnt but with her tone of voice I was assuming she didnt want me there. The entire situation would have been avoided if ****** would have just simply listened and apologized instead of trying to cover up someone elses actions. As soon as I said we had a previous issue her entire tone changed to defensive. From telling me with an attitude well we have no emergency appointments today even though I never specified when I wanted to come in to literally just hanging up on me because shed rather just be right than listen. I only called them because my insurance is s*** and I have a very limited amount of dental offices I can go to. This place is genuinely a joke all around.
