I think my relationship started out okay with the shop and then something changed. I received an update and then a call that I needed a battery and would be charged. Then my Jeep was ready, two lights were lit on my dash, it wasn't ready. Then it was ready again, I was involved in an accident where I hit someone that turned illegally, I was covered under her insurance company. I test drove it and was told it went into oncoming traffic because I needed another tire. My estimate was over $13,000 and I refused to pay for a tire and a battery. Third time picking up my Jeep there were scratches on my grill and a cracked headlight. I had gotten a run around on everything I was told, and I was being bargained with to get my Jeep fixed properly. I was also told other work was completed, which comes in inspection in July I will in fact find out if it is true. We will never use them again, poor customer service. I don't trust the work they did, and I don't believe anything they told me. They should have never given me my Jeep back with lights lit on the dash, I believe that started the whole fiasco. I would not recommend them, because when I did pick it up and tell them about the headlight, I would not let them fix it anyway. My Jeep looked like it had been ransacked, everything was out of place, it was filthy dirty, not cleaned at all, and my items were tossed around by employees there.
