    Day 1: They arrived hours late the first day as we waited for them. After seeing most of my neighborhood go through roofing renovations, I figured it would 1-2 days max for our roof to be done. When they arrived, their representative stated that the entire roof would be completed by 5:00 PM that day. However, they were very wrong. They didn't even start putting down shingles the first day. They only took some of them off. Day 2: They came late. They continued to take off more shingles. Worried that there would be leakage from the large thunderstorm expected that night, we asked about how they planned to prevent that. They didn't know that there would be rain... They assured us that they would lay a piece of plastic on the areas that were not covered by shingles. We were skeptical, so we asked several times about if that would provide enough coverage for the night. The representative and crew all told us that it would be more than enough. Day 3: The storm didn't come until the morning. Everyone in the house was either at work or school before the rain started and before the crew arrived. It was one of the worst rainstorms I have ever seen. I was at work, but on my way home, there were six accidents on the highway. Normally a 45 min drive extended to a 3.5 hr drive. Once home, I went upstairs to the bathroom to freshen up before I ate. I stepped right into a big puddle of water. It extended from wall to wall, even going into the master bedroom carpet. There was a water bubble (~2 ft x 1 ft) coming down from the ceiling. It was still dripping. I immediately start working on getting the water off the floors. It takes me 2 hrs to get most of it. Our rugs are sopping wet, so I have to throw them into the shower to drain. I start to notice more damage in the ceiling of other rooms: the master bedroom and its closet, my brother's room, my room, the downstairs living room (underneath the flooded bathroom), the foyer, and even the garage. We call the company right away and find out that the crew did come by in the morning right before the rain started, leaving soon afterward. The representative stated that he would send some crew members to come and look at the damage, but he never did. Aftermath: They finished on the fourth day. They accepted responsibility for the damage. They said that their company would fix the damaged ceilings. At least two weeks pass and still nothing, so we contact them again to follow up about when they would be coming to do the repairs. Then they asked for us to provide an estimate from a housing company. We contacted one, and they estimated ~$10,000. They explained to us about how they had to replace ceiling beams for the majority of the damage. "Superior" Storm immediately shut down this idea. They told us that they would send someone from a company they work closely with. Weeks pass and the person who finally came was only going to paint over the damage. Several more weeks pass. We have to keep prompting them to give us answers. They send one of their bosses/managers over to take a look at the damage. This man tells us that he will only fix the bathroom ceiling and my brother's room. He said that there's no proof that the ceilings didn't look like that prior to the roof renovation. We definitely were not expecting for all this to happen, so we didn't take before pictures, but I know our house didn't look like this before they started. Overall: I am very disappointed and frustrated with their service. This has been going on for months. They could be more prompt with communication. Taking weeks to respond every time they are contacted and requiring several reminders to follow up on what they say they will do is not acceptable. I am mostly fed up with their management. The crew members and the representative worked really hard their fourth day and were very apologetic about the damage. The male from management simply did not listen. He made it seem like it was a burden on him to come and look at the damages.
