my daughter, 23, has been receiving medical supplies for six years. She had a brain injury six years ago and is on a ventilator. A couple of years ago there were insurance reimbursement issues due to mishandling of insurance claims which left a significant balance on my daughter's account. Even thought the insurance issue was resolved and her supplies were authorized, they refused to send NECESSARY AND LIFE SUSTAINING MEDICAL SUPPLIES unless I agreed to make monthly payments. I have been paying $25/month and now they want to double it and have me sign a contract. I believe it is unethical to withhold medical supplies that are approved and authorized in order to try to collect a past due balance that was due to their mishandling of insurance claims.Business response

*************************** has been dishonest since we began servicing *****. All issues with ******* account are the result of ****'s actions. Our interactions with her became so frustrating in 2021 that we told her to find another supplier. She could not get another supplier in the area to service her. I believe this is because the other suppliers know what it is like to deal with her. *****'s insurance company asked us to do them a favor and continue servicing *****. Against my better judgement, we agreed. *************************** is a liar and puts her daughter in these unfortunate situations constantly. Every part of this complaint is false.
