      MG truck repair had my truck for over a month charged me 3,000 dollars and didn’t fix the problem! Broke down the day I got it back! The owner **** ***** said he didn’t care that the services were not preformed and that he would not reimburse me for services unrendered.

      I have the following reply to Mr. *** ******* (Customer) complaint: 
      Customer contacted service manager and scheduled service for 2 weeks after conversation. Customer didn't show on schedule day. Customer showed two weeks after he scheduled appointment without calling to cancel previous scheduled time and to confirm he was coming on the day he actually arrived. 
      Customer discussed with service manager and service manager schedule truck for 1 week later, first available opening with last minute notice. One week later the service to vehicle started. 
      Service manager contacted customer and provided the services which needed to be completed. Customer argued about the cost but scheduled service anyway.

      Service Completed and approved by customer: 
      1. Replace rear axle seal, bearing, and brake pads. 
      a. Top of the gear oil to appropriate level. 1 quart was applied and invoiced. Note customer didn't 
      request for gear oil to be changed and flushed. 2. Change oil and filter 3. Change fuel filter 4. Replace fuel tank and flush lines 

      Customer complaint: Claimed the rear axle locked and fluid service was not completed to the rear gear oil. Claimed other services were not completed but not able to provide specific information to the services. Attempted to talk with customer but tone and language was difficult to have a conversation. 
      Claimed the vehicle had to go to dealer and that dealer claims the gear oil was never changed and had sludge in rear oil. 

      Reply: Attempted to discuss with customer about the services performed. Customer didn't want to listen just wanted a refund. I requested to know the dealer so I could verify with dealer the services they were going to preform and have the opportunity to witness the customer's complaint.

      Customer wouldn't inform me of the dealer and stated the dealer will testify the gear oil was never changed and that it was full of sludge.

      Customer said he wanted refund, or he was contacting attorney.  

      Noted to customer that the gear oil fluid change was not a requested service, and the customer was only charged for 1 quart to top off not for a gear oil change and flush. Should the customer approve the gear oil change and flush then the gear oil changed would have reflected on his invoice. As noted, the invoice was for 1 quart not a flushed service. 

      We are sorry the customer has a misunderstanding of the services he approved, and the services completed. I attempted to come to an amicable solution for customer, but the full refund was unacceptable.
