            On May 14, 2021 I gave R&W Exteriors LLC. $6,380.20 as a first deposit, to receive a new roof and a new skylight that opened mechanically and a blind attached the skylight.I spoke with someone on June 24, 2021 on what type of skylight that was available and i was giving three types of skylights that opened up to choose from. The types were, a solar operated w/remote, hard wired w/remote and mechanical.I chose the skylight that opened up mechanically. Next I chose the type of blind that i wanted for my skylight. i picked out the type shingles that i wanted for my roof and i picked **** shingles. On Aug.5,2021 at 5:50 am ***** the project manager sent me a text stating that the company that they deal with sent them a skylight that doesn't open but has a blind attached.I told R&W Exterior LLC. that i ordered a skylight that opened with a blind.R&W Exterior LLC. never rendered the service that I paid for.I tried several times to resolve this matter but to no avail.             Very professional from beginning to end. Worked with our insurance adjuster to come to a fair settlement. Crew arrived promptly, and completed the job in one day. Final cleanup was acceptable. There are a couple of roof nails I come across on occasion, but not due to negligence. It is almost four years since the work was completed, and we receive nothing but compliments about the appearance on our home. Would highly recommend.
