      I wouldn’t even give them a one star. This company is god awful, they treat their employees terribly and are rude to all of them. I had left bc of mistreatment. But a friend of mine has not. The managers the managers of managers are RUDE AND MEAN. They make employees not want to stay because of the rudeness which is why their turnover rate is so high. When you try to speak up for yourself and or ask them why they were like this and why they’re treating you like this they will fire you on the spot for speaking up for yourself. I have had multiple friends or colleagues work for this company and every single one of them have the same complaint. The miss treatment discrimination harassment at ACT is awful. I had a friend who was harassed about scars on her legs when she went to file something for discrimination they threw it in the drawer she was fired a week later. They are mean and only out for their selves and won’t actually help employees. People need stability and this job is not yet this job does not help people do better they scare people into doing better and there’s no benefit to working here because it’s just constant abuse. I now work for CITI Bank personally and that is the best job I’ve ever had. CITI Bank knows how to treat their employees. And I think ACT should take a lesson and or be shut down completely. This company is awful. Even when I try to do some thing they would shut the door in my face and not take me seriously whatsoever. ACT is the worst place to work for unless you’re willing to treat people like crap. I was even told one of the current managers or helpers, her name is Nadine, i’ll never forget because she made me cry, The only reason she was promoted to a Fuller Walker because she was rude and belligerent to customers. If that were anyone else they would’ve gotten fired and walked out they picked favorites and it’s always the crappy people that get to stay and the good people who actually do their job that get shat on

      My review is for ACT in Harlingen Texas, they seem to not be listed on here. They are NOT a good place to work for. They are dirty,dirty,dirty! I don't know how they get away with NOT paying people it's illegal to do so. They have no compassion, or regard for human life, they train in Spanish. If you don't understand, then oh well! Nothing seems to get done about this horrible, awful, insanely corrupt company. I personally was ignored and treated REALLY badly. They don't care. It's like a rabid high school,like a horror flick. And...there's not a thing we can od, but put reviews! Don't work for this company

      This company has the worst HR I've ever seen today is March 17 I have been waiting on my last paycheck since February first I was told the 17th then it turned into the 22nd then it turned into oh well it may have got lost in the mail which is odd considering I've gotten everything from them except my check and then they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for the stop payment in the check. At this point I'm at a loss on what to do because no one seems to care

      Worse company to work for! I was a supervisor here at ACT and this had to be by far the most unorganized place I’ve ever worked! I never received a supervisor handbook or anything when I took on the position. I was going through a rough time with my child’s depression and asked to step down from supervisor to better assist her since my schedule was from Sat-Wed 8am-5pm but working salary I would be there till 7/8pm! Thursday and Friday were my days off but my child would be in school, the schedule did not work at all and upper management ignored me for OVER A MONTH stating they would figure something out. Which they never did and told another supervisor that the director (Sayda) at the time said there was two ways out of that position and it was to quit or get fired, so they fired me for ATTENDANCE after 8 months of being employed but would not provide proof of my occurrences. Others have been able to step down but they gave me a hard time, there was a lot of discrimination against black people (I’m black) where they would get fired on the spot for literally little to nothing but my Hispanic agents would got 2 weeks of NCNS and be able to keep their job. My black PREGNANT agent was let go and had NEVER been written up because they didn’t want to approve her LOA, her doctor put her on bed rest early so she was approved by HR but when the OM (Sebastian Grisales) came back from leave he fired her over the phone on her day off. For my sanity I was okay leaving the company but I’m not ok with this company having the nerve to fight my unemployment but won’t provide the documentation I’ve been requesting. Ugh it’s so much more I can include of what went wrong here but it isn’t enough characters

      I picked up a three day check. was asked for my id badge. Looked at my check and they charged me 5.00 for a badge. I have worked for good companies over the years. This COMPANY IS NOT GOOD !

      This company is highly unorganized, doesn’t pay their employees for time-worked, types up Mocrosoft Excel Spreadsheets claiming that is data from systems/programs such as Avaya One Agent. They make the agents transfer Bank of America callers to numbers this company (ACT) provides; which are all fake/spoofed numbers. I was “suspended” for some bs my Supervisor made up and it’s been 2 weeks and I get no response via text, email, etc. I still have their equipment that they locked me out of remotely the minute she called and said I was on temporary suspension. None of their reasons they make up daily to threaten to fire agents about are in the Employee Handbook. They do not pay you for time you spend with HelpDesk and/or the company’s equipment/system issues even when you have ticket numbers and proof. They want you to work but go in and change your time because they dont want to pay you the money you earn and they promise when you are hired. When you’re doing your job right ( such as myself) and improve as an agent, they still make up off the wall things or still say whatever you’re doing isn’t exactly right (even when they’re the ones that showed/taught you to do it like that. I’m contacting BOA and IC3 next. I believe they are stealing money and identities from Bank of America Prepaid Account holders and have a lot of evidence to show there is definitely something illegal this company is doing to BOA account holders and the agents working for Advanced Call Center Technologies as Customer Service Agents (real people that think they are working for a legit company such as myself).

      Not a good place to work. Very poor training , unable to keep employees due to poor department management.
