I was charged twice for the same ticket +maze add on and when i was on site at the attraction the employees there said there was nothing they could physically do in that moment to help me. they told me to resolve this issue and get my refund that i would need to contact the management of the establishment through email. i have sent several emails over the past few weeks since i have went and have heard nothing back. i also have tried to call and nobody answers the phone and their mailbox is full. this is absolutely ridiculous and not okay, they should not be so difficult to react as they are running an entire business. this is my last resort, i simply just want refunded for a double charge!
