I pay a monthly fee for a maintenance agreement for my heating/air conditioning. As part of this, I will receive an inspection of the unit twice a year. I called One Hour on May 3, 2024 to order furnace filters. While speaking with ******, she said I was due for an inspection. I realized I had not had an inspection recently. I was told the last time One Hour visited was in December 2022. I asked ****** why I did not have the two inspections in 2023. ****** told me it was my responsibility to call to schedule the inspection. In the past, One Hour reached out to me proactively. I explained I had been called in the past, but ****** insisted it was my responsibility to call. However, I called One Hour twice to order furnace filters in the past, yet I was not asked to schedule an inspection. I feel it is not a good business process to charge me $14.95 monthly and not provide the service I paid for.Customer response
