  I did my homework. My sister and I (witness) visited Buccos location in Bethel Park and talked with salesman. He showed us around site and told us of the products that would be used on my home. I made it very clear that I wanted no subcontractors doing the work. I made it clear that they must protect my home and drive way against damage. He promised me that Buccos was a family business and no contractors would be used on my home and I did not have to worry about damage to home. On morning of work on my roof my sister and I met with manger of job . He said that I had nothing to worry about. I left to stay at sister's home - but was in constant contact with Buccos. I and my sister returned to my home at 3 PM that afternoon - only to see illegals on my roof - and loud music blaring. It went down hill from there. The work is sub par - and still has not been fixed. Lie after lie was told to me. They accused me verbally and in writing of being a "racist". Buyer beware of this company.

  Buccos Roofing was contracted to complete a roof replacement in September of 2021 at the property that **** ******* resides.  During the course of her project some issues occurred and our General Manager agreed to meet **** ******* on site. They discussed her issues with the project and it was during this meeting our General Manager was accused of age discrimination as well as being sexist. The immigration status of our crews was also brought into question with no evidence other than what she observed with her eyes and ears.  Buccos Roofing agreed to correct any issues that **** ******* felt were a problem and scheduled an appointment to complete this work.  In September of 2021 we received another call from **** ******* stating that her roof was leaking,  and our teams were dispatched within 24 hours to investigate the issue.  After review of her property it was determined that the leak was not caused by the roof but due to cracks in the bricks of her garage.   In January of 2022, we were again contacted by **** ******* in regards to a gutter/downspout issue. Our team reached out to her again 24 hours after the initial call and never received a call back. Although our company was not contracted to complete this work originally we felt that we would offer to resolve any issues that she was having.  In May of 2022, we again were contacted by **** *******, she spoke with the owner of Buccos Roofing and developed a plan to correct any issues she had found.  We had scheduled an appointment to complete these repairs, our calls to confirm the appointment were not returned and the appointment did not take place.  We contacted **** ******* via email to again schedule an appointment, a response was received stating  she would not like us to return to the property to complete any additional work.  We again received a phone call on January 31, 2023,  our General Manager answered the call and **** ******* hung up, our General Manager attempted to return the call but the call was forwarded to voicemail.  
  
  Buccos Roofing stands behind any project that is completed by providing a free 10 year, in house, workmanship guarantee.  We have attempted to and are still willing to complete any repairs that **** ******* feels necessary, the roof was installed in September 2021 and has not leaked since the original installation. **** ******* has been combative with our staff during any communication with her, one of our employees actually leaving our company due to the interactions that he had with the customer.   **** ******* has made claims on the immigration status of our employees based on the language spoken and the color of their skin as noted in this complaint and the review that was left on the Better Business Bureau website.  Buccos Roofing has provided services for over 10 years to Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas and fully stands behind any project we complete. We have attempted to resolve any of **** *******s issues in a timely manner but have been met with resistance on multiple occasions.
