      I ordered a floppy fish a few months ago with tracked shipping. I got a shipping confirmation without a tracking number attached, and the item has not arrived. In mid September I reached out to the company about it, and they blamed the mailing company. I was told another was sent — still no shipping number, and as of today, still no item. I also got the sense from the email that the company does not consider it their problem if things disappear in the post — even if you paid for tracker shipping and insurance on the item, which they are failing to uphold :/ The section in question: “We have decided to re-send you a second Floppy Fish toy for free of charge to replace the missing item. The estimated time of delivery for your order is 09.17.-09.19.2023.”

      Horrible!! Ordered in Dec, & still haven't received anything from them. No email, confirmation for shipping, nothing! Contacted them several times at email provided...NOTHING!! They should be shut down.

      I ordered a Floppy Fish two months ago and just like all the other complaints filed here, never got the order. The only way that they can be contacted here is to send an email which nobody seems to read.

      I ordered a floppy fish on April 30,2022. My credit card was charged immediately. I received an email confirmation for my order andcwas advised that I would be receiving tracking information. NOTHING!!! I sent 2 emails and got no response. I called the number provided and the message said they couldn't receive phone calls due to covid! PayPal is refunding my money. This is exactly the same complaint filed with the BBB by numerous other consumers!!!

      I ordered 3 of the floppy fish. When I gave my dog the first one, it broke within 1 minute of use. I reached out to them 1) to see if I could get a refund for the one that broke so quickly 2) so that I could return the unused ones. I've emailed them several times over the past few weeks, and no one has answered. Today I tried calling, but you get a message that says that they only accept emails. Also I'd like to add that when the toy did work for 1 minute, it barely moved - certainly not as much as it does in their ads.

      I bought a product that broke within a half hour of receiving it. I attempted three times to contact the company to resolve the issue and they did not respond. I posted a negative review on their website, which they did not post despite claiming that all reviews are managed by a third party.
