            This company has constantly tried to alter terms of the lease contract and charge fees that are not listed in the agreement. We completed our portion of the early termination agreement. It was Option C which did not state any fees would be applied if we chose this option. It simply said we would get the remainder of our security deposit back. Now that we have fulfilled our obligation they are trying to tack on a months rent of $2250 and I am concerned they will try to keep our security deposit even though the house is in better condition then when we moved in. They have many reviews too of providing horrible service and keeping security deposits.

            I did not have a good experience with this property Management company. Communication stopped after I paid for my application then I was told that there were things missing from my application the agent Brandon was supposed to let me know what was missing on the application so I can complete it and he has not contacted me since I reached out to the office today and spoke with the young lady who said she would send me to Brandon's voicemail and she would contact him herself she never asked my name she never asked what the situation involved I explained to her that I didn't want to go to Brandon's voicemail as I had his cell phone number and I could text him which I had been doing she says or she can do is reach out to him still not taking my name so she in no way to reach out to him not knowing who I am in my frustration I hung up why would I want to go to a voicemail when I'm calling the management company with a complaint about an agent who works for their company I gave them one star only because I had to if I could have left my review without giving any stars they wouldn't have got any bad business practice
