            The manager ******** argued with my wife, in front of my 9 year old child about bringing skates in from the outside. The manager ******** told my wife since they were used outside they could not be used at their facility. They were never used outside and other people were allowed to use theirs but not my daughter. Please keep in mind we were there for another party the prior week and she was allowed to wear these skates. As ******** walked away, she called my wife a B**** which my 9 year old heard as did others. She also threatened to throw my wife out when she asked the DJ what her name was. This was all done in front of children. When we asked to speak to the owner of have them contact us, she said she was the manager and the owners do not care. We would like to speak with the owners regarding this situation.

            This business should be shit down! Customer service is severely flawed . I have been going to Bethlehem Skateaway for over 30 years and never had issues until this past year. The staff is very rude!! They make you sign a waiver every single time you go and have you wait in a line outside the establishment in the freezing cold up to an hour before going in and having to then pay the admission. When questioning why you have several accounts and having to sign another waiver the Owners daughter became angry and called the police. Many customers complain about there process and they are not open to hear any suggestions on improving the check in process. Not only did they cause an unnecessary call to police they belittled me in front of my children. I am truly disheartened how this establishment has changed over the years.
