      On 09/09/2023 I ordered 25 strawberry plants on order # **************, sales record # ****. I paid $30.66 with my ****** account. On 09/13/2023 I received a sealed, padded envelope with the attached packing slip inside. No plants were shipped. Postage paid on envelope is marked 12oz., so plants were never shipped. Phone calls are directed to a recording an emails are not answered.

      We responded to your **** message within 5 minutes of them both coming in. I have added below those messages below with a time stamp to show we had sent you responses. We didn't hear anything back from you yet on **** not have we got any phone calls or emails from you other then the two **** messages. I have a box  packed up and sent off to you today.  I have also added pictures of the box with the strawberries enclosed along with the tracking number and shipping label.  When we seen your **** message we was away from the office but when we returned we had it packed up and dropped off to be in transit to you. We went ahead and packed up 50 ******* for you. I have also followed up in an email message with the picture of the returned message back to you on **** along with the pictures of the plants in the box and the box of plants with your invoice from your order, I have also updated the tracking in email and on the place of purchase. 

      I have packed up a box for you that is going out today via Priority Mail Express which is a 1-2 day service it should arrive tomorrow, However I have seen cases where it takes a extra day this is the air service for ***** I have also followed up on **** where the purchase was made within 5 minutres of the messages coming in and have added this info in an email that we had sent to him.  I just dropped off the box and have added a picture in this message to show the plants the box to be sent to them.  I have also added the info below for the shipping of this order to the customer.

      Hi,

      I'm not sure why this customer went to file a message here as it was an **** purchase, He sent two messages on **** which we responded to within minutes of gettinging them, I show no emails or phone calls from the customer.  I didn't want to add all this info onto the complaint due to any privacy issues.  I have emailed him directly and also added the tracking info to the original purchase on ****.  We ship a lot of strawberry plants a week and I remember this package and remember packing it not sure if it arrived opened or not, As I'm not going be paying to send a empty evenlope of plants thats almost 5 dollars a label that doesn't even make any sense.  They seem like a new buyer on **** anyways and maybe didn't know how to see messages,

      I ordered a plant from this company and never received it. The tracking info said it was delivered to an address in another state. I contacted them about it and they claimed they'd look into it and send another one. I was suspicious when they didn't even ask for my name, address, or order number but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Two more weeks have gone by and I haven't received my item or any further correspondence, receipt, or even a tracking number. Appears to be a scam company, as other reviews on multiple websites have the same complaint.

      Hello,

      We have read over the complaint and have resolved it on our end, When a question comes through on our Text line like the customers did we was able to look up the customer based on the phone number, We then knew the name and address of the buyer off this information, We have issued a full refund to the buyer which should apply within 3-5 business days, I have also packed up his plant to ship to his address, The tracking info on the box is ********************** and should arrive in 2-3 business days.  We apologize for the inconvenience that was caused in getting this order corrected and out to the buyer with the extreme heat we had held off on shipping the order to the buyer so the item wouldn't arrive dead as that doesn't solve the issue or complete the order when something like this occurs. We have also sent a follow up text to the customer along with an email.

      I purchased 2 ************Groundcover  Blueberry Plant - 4" Pot -Edible Grouncover plants from this business on 9/27/2001 order number ****-***************-**** for $71.25 with shipping. The website mentioned that shipping would occur in season, and I'm not much of a gardener, so I was unsure of what timescale to expect the plants and was fine with waiting until spring. I received a confirmation email and a link to check the order status. At some point I received the USPS tracking number ********************** which has always said  “label created, not yet in system.” As stated previously, I was patient, but by 6/16/2022 I emailed the company to inquire about the order. A reply was received mentioning some family tragedies and promising that the order would go out ASAP. Nothing. Tracking never changed. Nothing ever arrived. I asked for further information on 9/16/22 and requested my money back on 9/29/22. No reply was ever received to either contact.

      We apologize for the time it taken to get this order resolved, I wanted to get things taken care of for you right away, This morning we sent out the order on us under the following tracking number. ********************** ***y was dropped off and scanned by the post office this morning and should arrive in a few days, We also added a free plant in your box.  We have also mailed off a USPS money order for the refund amount of $71.25 this morning in a separate envelope so it wouldn't get wet in the box with the plants, This is being sent to you under the following tracking info. ********************** 

      We have also followed up with the same info via email to you with the tracking info that we entered above. Both boxes have been scanned by the local post office and should arrive in a few days, The post office is showing an estimated date of ETA: Sat, Aug 19, 2023.

      I placed an order on Mar 27 2022 on ****************************/It was for a Forsythia Shrub - I was charged $51 on Mar 29 2022 via my debit card. I received a receipt via email and listed the order status as below. There have been no changes to order status since. The business does not respond to email, nor phone call.       I placed an order for flower bulbs that totaled $50.73. They sent me tracking info showing they supposedly sent the bulbs, but the shipment sent to a random address in a different state. I tried to contact them To get a new order shipped and they wouldnt respond. I checked my bank statement and saw that they charged me over the course of a month six times for a total of $405.84 for an order that was supposed to be $50.73 that they never shipped. After emailed them saying they were scamming me they charged my card 4 more times.

      I purchased what was supposed to be 8 sawtooth oak trees in February of this year. When the trees arrived, they were no more than 6 to 8 inches tall. I planted them anyway according to the directions enclosed. They never grew and I contacted the seller several times and he kept saying they were dormant and needed time to grow. I gave them 4 to 5 months and they finally broke off even with the ground. They were dead when I received and never made an attempt to show any life. The seller finally said he would refund my money but he never did. That has been ongoing for the last month or so and he just keeps putting me off saying he mailed it to me but I never received anything. The amount I paid for the dead trees was $112.48 and I would like my money refunded like the seller said he would. Before and after photos of the sticks ( trees ) are enclosed.

      We have done two refunds for this buyer one through his credit card that processed through our system as refunded. However buyer stated they didn’t get it. We then mailed a check out to his confirm address via usps first class letter like any other item being mailed so I don’t understand why it hasn’t made it to the customer.

      The Merchant sent me a check for the refund. I deposited it in my account and so far it has not been returned as a bad check, so maybe this case is closed. If the check comes back as no good, I will let you know. Otherwise, the case can be closed. Thanks for all your help

      On 8/11/22, I ordered a plant for $44.92. Order # was ****-***************-**** Then on 8/12/22, I was billed again for an additional $89.86 for no apparent reason. I asked for a refund of the $89.86 and they agreed to refund it, but the refund never happened. Then got an email that the plant was shipped with USPS tracking #********************** Then on 9/6/22, I was bill again for $44.92 ! I have contacted them and still have not been reimbursed for the $89.86 or the 2nd charge of $44.92. The tracking number was never activated according to USPS. I have tried reaching the seller several time with no response. On top of all this, the plant has still never arrived.

We have also setup a new shipment with a large plant to be sent to the buyer asap with a new shipping label.
