I purchased this item from Nature's Mace 267 Main St, Blakely, PA 18447-1248 on 4/5/22. I have not gotten my product. They have charged my credit card but have not sent me my product. I have called them 6 times and emailed them 8 times throughout several days and nobody ever gets back to me. The only thing I received in my email was the order information with no date of when I will receive the product. At time point I want my money back as this could be fraud on their part. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and I have processed the customer's refund as soon as I was made aware of this issue (04/21/2022). We have been experiencing staffing issues in our customer service department, and this incident must have been overlooked when transitioning between employees. I purchased Rodent Mace from Nature's Mace on September 24, 2021, invoice #****** for $53.84. I opened the product the smell was so foul that I became extremely nauseous and noticed my nose and throat started to burn. The website said the product had a "Fresh Minty Scent Rodents Can't Stand!" There was no fresh minty scent and I can't even describe how bad it smelled. I put on a mask and applied the product per the directions on the bag. The next day, I noticed mouse activity in the places where I applied the product. So not only did it not work, it also made me physically ill. I contacted Nature's Mace on October 18th and 20th and requested a refund. I have not received a response from the company. I am disappointed not only in the product, but the misleading advertising that the product has a " Fresh Minty Scent Rodents Cant Stand!" and that Satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed. I am requesting a full refund.Business response

In correspondence to the original complaint: I checked our E-commerce site, and a full refund was given to ****************** on October 21st at 8:24pm EST. The customer called on the 18th of October. The issue of this complaint is completely resolved at this time.
