On 12/21/21, my husband and I purchased carpet from M&M Carpet One, which was to be delivered and installed on the morning of 1/18/22. I paid $1477.48 with my ***** which covered the carpet plus the rip out of my old carpet, the install charge, and other miscellaneous items associated with the installation. After payment was made ******, the sales associate, handed me a sale invoice and a pre-installment check list to sign.On 01/12/22 I called to cancel the delivery and install; I was informed it would be cancelled. I called on 01/14/2022 to confirm cancellation informed again by ****** it was cancelled. On 1/20/22 I called to find out the whereabouts of my refund that I did not receive yet. I was told by ****** that I had to speak with one of the owners and that she did not issue refunds, ****** stated that ************ would be out for a week and that she would have ************ give me a call when he gets in. When *********** Called me back, he stated that this company does not give refunds on special orders or pre-cuts. I advised ************ I did not special order I ordered commercial carpet that according to ****** and ********* was in at your warehouse since this carpet is for my work out room and I did not have it pre-cut since it was due to be delivered and installed by his company. I advised him that I also cancelled a week out so it should not have been pre-cut. *********** stated that he did me a favor and cut it early, I told him I did not ask for any favors, I would like my money back. I advised ************ that nothing I signed, nor are there any signs at the register where I paid, or did ****** verbally advise me of a no cancel, no refund policy M&M Carpet One have. No one told me that I would not be getting my money back any of the times I called to cancel either. M&M Carpet one waited until my 3rd phone call to tell me they will not be given my money back.I would like a full refund of my money; I no longer want to do business with this company.
