I bought a sick puppy in December 2022 There is a 10 day guarantee on health which they refused to honor. Finally I spoke with the owners Dan and his wife who said if I brought the dog back they would return my money. Well he was resold and all I kept hearing is the check was mailed..another lie. Now he refuses to give me my money or replace the dog. I don't have $2000 to just give away and of course the sellers last name was Yoder which is an Amish puppy mill. I am seeing and going to the newspaper and channel 16. I will not let them get away with this I will get them shut down.

Sick, contagious puppies!!!! Beware. Heartless business. Only care about making money, certainly not the animal's welfare. Dogs from here are ill. This place just sold me a sick puppy and then does not want to pay 9for the vet visit and te sting that diagnosed what she was sick with. Wich by the way is highly contagious. I will say that I was offered payment ONLY for the meds to treat her. The expense for her medication is by the way, minimal compared to the total expense we have incurred this far. The testing our veterinary DR did, was to diagnosis the infectious parasite that she IS sick with. Without the test she would not be getting the correct medication. They twist your contract and claim that visiting the vet, and testing are not reasonable. Of course they have informed us that we are welcome to return this sick baby back to them, but we are committed to seeing her through this.

My name is Sharon S*******. my husband and I purchased an adorable puppy on 10/20/20. The employee told us it would be $314.00 a month for 12 months. We gave a down payment of $50.00. The total price was $2438.00. They said they would send us the paperwork once they got it set up with American First Finance. I didn't sign any finance papers. I only signed the buyers agreement with Brookside Pups. We paid 10 months at $314.35. I knew we only had 2 payments left so I looked it up on the internet to see how much we actually owed. When what to my surprise it said we owed 14 more payments and that the agreement was for 24 payments!!! The Annual percentage rate was 144.94%!!!!!!!! And that the finance charge alone was $5119.88!!!! I did not sign anything but the worker at Brookside pups when we went to ask about it said electronically signed which I knew nothing about!! And she also said that the employee that sold us the puppy was fired! Nobody in their right mind would ever sign any contract that says 144.94% interest rate!!! We already paid $3143.50 for a $2400.00 puppy!! We need your help in resolving this matter. We never signed any papers that stated we had to pay 144.94% interest!!
