      I have had my pets on VRS products for over 5 years (omega benefits and osteo trubenefits) and these products work. My pet was stiff and uncomfortable due to joint pain/arthritis and these make such a difference that we could hold off using NSAIDs for years, which is important to me because NSAIDs cause liver disease.Their customer care team is fantastic. You always get a live person, no menus or run around. I left voicemails after hours and received returned calls first thing in the morning. They respond to emails promptly. The website is eh, however, their team makes up for it. I would rather a company spend money on real workers instead of automating every process to save a salary.

      Hellish experience with these people. My cat developed diarrhea, which may have been a result of the omega oil I ordered from this company. OK, it happens! No big deal. I didn't realize that ordering one bottle had enrolled me in a subscription service until the next bottle showed up. OK, that's slimy but I probably didn't read the fine print. There's no way to cancel your sub online, so I had to call the number. No one was around to take my call so I left a message asking that my subscription be canceled. I received an email response with a vague alternative: "Thank you for contacting Veterinarian Recommended Solutions. We can absolutely make those changes for you but wanted to offer another solution as well. We can always delay your refills for a year and make a note to contact you prior to an order shipping out if we have not heard from you in that time frame. We will not ship without your consent. Please let us know how you wish to proceed." I could not respond to the email, however--every one I sent bounced back. I just called again and the operator's "computer froze." She transferred me to another operator, which was actually just a menu prompt. I left another message. Fingers crossed that these people stop taking my money!

      I wish I had checked out this site before I ordered. Like others, I was totally unaware that I was consenting to a continual monthly order. I got the email notice of the re-order and called within five minutes to cancel. Unsurprisingly, they had already shipped. The person on the phone said I could return the unopened package as "refused" and they would refund the charge. A month later, with no refund, I called again. It was clear from the discussion that no one had even started to process a refund, even though they had received the return over two weeks earlier. I did finally get the refund. I see their response below that the autoship is all disclosed. I don't think any disclosure is clear, and having a default autoship just seems wrong. This product was recommended by my vet, and I plan to let him know how dissatisfied I am with the company.

      They reopened my account and re charged my credit card. I'm still fighting to get my money back. Gave me a bogus tracking number. And was told they credited my account the same day I called. Which is now being delt with with my credit card company. Horrible customer service.

      Vague billing practices. Every single "subscription" based company I have purchased from gives their customers the ability to cancel those subscriptions on their website. This company does not - there is NO WAY to CANCEL a subscription on their website. There is NO WAY to DELETE YOUR CREDIT CARD number. Despite offering quality products, this billing practice has completely soured me on this company.

      My vet recommended us to this company and couldn’t believe that there is no contact form on there website or ability to remove your credit card information. I did not sign up for a refill and I never received an email before I was being charged and was billed 46 dollars in the middle of the night without my authorization. Total scam.

      If you order from the website they automatically enroll you in an auto-ship program. There is no way for you to opt-out without calling customer service. There was also no way for me to remove my credit card information or address from the online account that was created, customer service had to do it for me. Because of that, I will not purchase from this company.

      No option for online ordering without recurring autoship; no way to cancel autoship from the website. Cannot remove credit card information once added; cannot change e-mail address. Delivery is prompt and product seems to be of good quality, but website is either designed to trick or force customers into multiple unnecessary purchases or so badly executed that it beggars belief.

      I am very upset with this company. I placed an order last June for a product for our pet. I received an email at 2:51 am this morning advising another shipment was being sent. I called the company and advised I didn't order another shipment. I was told the orders on the website are on automatic reorder. I advised this product is no longer needed and wanted to cancel the order only to be advised it has already been processed. It is an $81 shipment. I was advised the product cannot be returned even if I refuse the delivery. This is a scam! First, I didn't select an automatic refill because we didn't know if the product would work. Second, why was the notice of shipping sent during the night. I believe this is wrong and misleading to the public. I believe I am entitled to a full refund on my credit card.

      The refill program was arranged on our website with the information that was selected throughout the order process. The first step of the order process was choosing your pet's weight. The bottle options for the home delivery program are displayed after the weight of the pet is selected so each bottle option (1,2,3 bottles) would reflect how often the supply would recur. The bottle option did advertise that it was an auto refill and how long the frequency would be per shipment. In the cart section of the order, the terms and conditions of the refill program need to be agreed to before the final order confirmation would be completed. An email reminder was sent to the email address that was used to set up the original order on 12/5/21 at 8:35 am notifying you that an order would process in 7-10 days and to notify us if anything needed to be changed with the refill. Our fulfillment process starts early in the morning to allow time for the orders to be fulfilled at our warehouse and be available for our shipping carriers to pick up our customer orders and ship them in a timely manner. An email was received on 12/15/21 asking for the home delivery program to be canceled and a request was made to our warehouse to stop the order that was processed. This request was successful and your order was not shipped or charged. We responded to your email that the stop order process was started and if you didn't hear back from us the order was stopped. It may take 3-5 days for the credit card authorization to drop off of your bank card or credit card. Your card was not charged for the order. The home delivery program was canceled based on your request this morning. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
