Guidi homes built an entire community here in Haverford, Pa with a whole slew of code violations. These code violations are very serious with regard to the integrity of 100 homes here in ********* *******. The major codes that were violated include but are not limited to: stucco with improper weep screed retrofit that does not allow proper water to drain from beneath the stucco causing moisture to build up under the stucco and cause major exterior damage and rot. All front stoops need to be removed and repaired to code allowing a proper moisture barrier to protect the integrity of the foundation. The chimney facade needs to be removed and properly water proofed. The dormer and frieze is another major issue that was not completed to code. The are more code violations but these are the most serious. To date, Guidi has turned their back on this community and has decided to go build another development in Upper Dublin, Pa (******** *******) Unfortunately, Home buyers who do not research this Builder and Developer, (Guidi and Goldenberg Group) will find themselves dealing with many of the same issues that we have faced here in ********* *******. Once you purchase a home from this group, they will not want to know you anymore and will move on to the next project with trusting future home buyers. I encourage anyone who reads this review to warn anyone considering purchasing a home from this group!
