Saw this provider last year and had panoramic image at that time. Made an appointment, being careful to check with their employee that there would be no charge to me this time. I was assured, "no charge". This appointment, they did another panoramic image (I even asked why). I was told "dentist has to see xray". A week later I received a bill for $30 (copay on a panoramic image). My issue is I was vigilant in ensuring I would not be paying anything. If they did this just one year ago, why would they need another one this year?Business response

I’ve been trying to contact the business for about 2 weeks regarding my appointment. No one answers the phone. I had a person who’s friends of the receptionist call and she answered immediately. Coming into the office I decided to call while in the waiting room the phones aren’t even on. When asked the receptionist about this she stated “we are short staffed” Very unprofessional and rudeBusiness response
