      I purchased pants from this company and they offered to alter them as well. I received the pants and the alterations are terrible. When I brought this to the companys attention this is there response, We want to provide every customer a great experience. However, it is not very sustainable for us to offer returns and exchanges for a custom Garment as it is already manufactured according to your specifications and cant be sold to anyone else.

      I ordered a Blazer from French Crown, the first one didn't fit. They took my measurements and sent me another one and it fit perfectly. I asked if they could save the measurements for my next order. They assured me they would. I ordered another Blazer and they didn't use the same measurements as the second Blazer they sent me that fitted perfectly. The Blazer is too small. I shared the problem with them and they start giving me all kinds of excuses as to why they can't correct the problem. I have a stack of emails we have sent back and forward. Bottom line, I want them to exchange it or send me my refund. HELP! Thanking you in advance. ****** *******

       I purchased four suits in the amount of $798.00 from a company named French Crown of
      7063 club view drive. Bridgeville, PA 15017 ORDER NO: ******. I've only received 3 of 4 suits from this
      company and communicating with them is extremely difficult and I don't being taken advantage of.
      Please investigate this matter in a timely fashion.

      I purchased 3 shirts from French Crown on February 23, 2023 via PayPal for $125.80. The shirts were defective and shrank and actually faded when I washed them once in anticipation of wearing them. I reached out to them on March 4th to see what I had to do to obtain my full refund of $125.80. They indicated that I had to pay to ship them back to them I went ahead and shipped them back at my expense via UPS on March 29. On March 30th They emailed back saying that once they received my return that they would process my refund. UPS stated that my return was delivered to French Crown on March 31. When French Crown received my shirts, they sent me an email asking if I wanted a credit instead of a refund. I said I did not want a credit and I wanted my full refund of $125.80. They then replied on April 4th that they would further process as soon as possible. On April 5th they said that they would further start the process for my refund. On April 10th I emailed them asking for the status of my refund. April 11th they emailed literally: “Your refund is processed. It will be credited in your bank account within 7 to 10 working days”. On April 24th I emailed them again to get a status of my full refund of $125.80. I emailed them again on April 26 in attempt to get a status on my refund. On April 27th they replied back literally: “Your refund will be completed within 48 working hours.” On April 29th they emailed me stating that they had sent my refund issue to their concern department. On May 1 they said they would look into it. On May 8 I emailed to please status my refund. On May 9 they emailed back saying they would status me when my refund had been processed. I finally filed a complaint with PayPal. On May 22 they sent an email stating they were having technical issues. Finally on May 25 they said that they could only do a credit and not a refund after stating multiple times that they would send me a full refund of $125.80. Could you please help me get my full refund?

      I purchased my item from their website April 7 2023. I waited two weeks and no shipping confirmation. I then emailed several times to inquire about status, no response. Then I went on facebook and texted them there, no response. Then I finally went on whatsapp and texted them, and they responded on facebook apologizing for the delay and I asked for my refund. They said item would ship within 48 hours, its been 4 days, they dont respond again. I asked for my money back and they say they would ship the item again. I have told them I would come to better business bureau if I did not hear back. Its saddening I have to do this but they left me no choice, they arent responding and have my money since over 5 weeks.
