    US Moving & Storage failed on the 1st attempt to dispatch my mover, the 2nd attempt had no idea who I was, the 3rd showed up with skull caps, sweat pants hanging down and slippers with no tools. No inventory was taken. They asked me for $546 as gratuity to see "my stuff that was on their truck." At midnight what do you do? Once in Florida they transferred me to another 26" foot ***** truck from a blue ****** truck and destroyed 95% of my stuff. The company sent me the claims info and when you try to submit, you are faced with one IT issue after another and they have no IT department so you cannot move forward with you claim. They state they are veteran friendly which is what drew me too them, false advertising. They totally destroyed my stuff, in pieced, damaged, crushed, you name it while putting me in a dangerous situation in the middle of the night. They are NOT what they claim to be. PLEASE, if anything, rate them so no one else secures their business.

    We hired United Express to move from **** to ************ and a half months ago. We paid around $950 upfront, after a decision made under pressure by the attendant **** - with whom I never managed to communicate again. Since then, our experience has been terrible: they didn't schedule the moving day, they didn't know how to provide some information, and we depended on this plan to carry out our long trip with a scheduled date. I hired a complete package based on an initial quote, and I was not informed that, if I needed to add more items (which I warned I would have) I would need to pay extra. So, 3 days before the expected moving date, they decided to check exactly our items and gave us a new price that was TRIPLE the amount initially agreed. Furthermore, it should be paid on time, via deposit. So we didn't accept it and asked them to come and get just what was written in the initial quote. But the day of the move arrived and they didn't even show up or provide any information about our service. They called through an outsourced company (which I did not hire) and refused to send documents detailing which service they would provide and confirming the agreed amount paid. They always refused to communicate by email so as not to leave records. Several rude things were done to us, they never provided infor or answers to anything. After reading the negative reviews (not the positive ones generated by robots probably) I realized that we had fallen for a scam and decided not to proceed with United Express, as we knew that nothing else would work correctly with them. . We would rather lose the $950 paid at the entrance and make the entire move on our own, at the last minute. It's not because of the $, it's because of the absurd stress that this company generated in our lives, because they frustrated our plans and (on top of everything) at a time when I'm pregnant with my first baby. I hope that one day they will be punished for all the evil and dishonesty they have done.
