I received a letter dated 10/25/22 from Park Power regarding my renewal. I have stated calling Park Power at ************** on 10/23/22 . I had called numerous times and over the course of 2+ months. I had finally gotten a hold of someone on 1/4/23. I had canceled my account with them and explained how it took me this long to get in contact with someone, they told me it was my fault because I never left a voicemail. I spoke to PPL about my current bill and was advised I would need to speak to Park Power about retroacting my account. I explained that my account jumped over $200 from my previous bill. When I called Park Power today, 1/24/23, I spoke with **** who was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! I explained how PPL told me to call and ask for my account to be retroacted, I explained how I was not even home the entire month of December and explained, once again, how I had been trying to call since the end of 10/2022. I also asked if there was any record for the email I has sent on 1/14/23 as I have not heard anything back. **** told me that it is my fault because I never left a voicemail. I then explained, I couldn't leave a VM as if they called back and i am at work I couldn't answer, and would have to keep calling back anyway. **** told me that doesn't matter what I say, she shows that I never called- I told her I would get my phone records- she told me it doesn't matter because she isn't showing I called- WHEN IN FACT I spoke with her on 1/4/23 and received a confirmation # for canceling my account FROM HER! So her saying I never called, until today is a LIE. She also told me that its impossible for me to have called more than once and to receive the voicemail, I said well its not because I have gotten nothing but the voicemail EXCEPT for on 1/4/23. I explained I have spoken to numerous customers who have experienced the same frustration and her response was " sorry to hear you are annoyed ********, but your bill is your bill" and she proceeded to hang up on me.
