I attended the ********************* concert at the pavillion at ******** in ************ pa. (Formally Keybank)The venue urged people to arrive early. We did. Parking situation was awful. They said bring clear bags. I brought a clear bag with snacks because I'm a diabetic and the nasty girl at the gate told me to prove I had insulin in my bag because my bag was 1 inch too big (it wasn't, I've taken that bag to sporting events, concerts, etc and it measures exactly the right dimensions). That request was a violation of my Hippa rights and confidentiality. Also got harassed by the attendents to show our digital ticket (there were 4 of us and it was on one phone) every time we went to restroom. I paid over 1000 for that awful venue and should get a refund. I've attended many concerts there over the years, but felt totally disrespected this time. That place needs shut down. We were also stuck in the parking lot for hours trying to leave. I want my money back. The entire venue experience was a nightmare.

My husband and children bought me tickets for Dead and ** show at ****************** for June 2023. We were stuck on the road for hours and not able to get into or near parking lot or show. We missed the entire concert due to the traffic issues and I would like a refund of the money paid for the tickets. I have called the phone number for the business directly many times since the show with no response back to date. I also attempted to receive a refund through Ticketmaster and the ticket insurance we had purchased and was told the venue needed to issue refunds directly and I have been trying to contact them since then.

This business is obviously overselling their tickets without proper traffic or parking control. It takes over 4 hours to exit their parking lot after a concert. That is reasonable and no ticket buyer should be subjected to that sort of terrible treatment. They are profiting g off of the suffering of fans. Someone needs to step in and make them reevaluate their business practices. It should be illegal to have to sit in a parking lot for hours without knowing what is going on. You

Paid over $100 for two lawn seats for Nickelback event on 9/29/23. Due to negligence on their part, we waited in traffic for three hours before getting into the parking lot to park. We made it just in time for the main even but missed the first two performances. I don't think I will be returning to an event at this venue. This was a terrible experience. They really need to do something about the parking situation.

I purchased tickets through Star Lake from their company Live Nation/Ticketmaster on 5/6/23 for the Dead and Company show that happened at this venue on 6/5/23. The venue(Star Lake) called and told us to arrive early for the show since the show had "sold out." We left our hotel that was 20 minutes away over 3 hours early (4:00pm). The doors opened at 5:30. We sat in traffic to the show for 4.5 hours and missed half of the show. The issue getting there is entirely Star Lake's fault because they allowed people who didn't have a ticket into the parking lots. At about 7:30 (the show started at 7), they closed their parking lots and turned people away that had tickets to this event, saying that they had no more parking available and there was nothing they could do. The only way that we got into the event was because we left our car 2 miles from the event and walked to the show. I am seeking a refund because I did not recieve what I had paid for when purchasing these tickets. I paid for parking included and a concert that began at 7:00 pm. I was unable to get there in a timely manner due to Star Lake's mass chaos in their parking lots and no direction of traffic. They had people who did not have tickets parked in all of their parking lots. When the venue closes their parking down and turns away customers with a ticket, they are the ones at fault. I did not receive what I was promised when paying for the tickets. The business has not tried to resolve the problem. I have emailed two people that work at Star Lake, and chatted with Live Nation who is ignoring me. There are thousands of other customers in this same boat. Paid: $144.70 + a $30 add on for lawn chairs that was not used Live Nation order number: ************ Account is listed under my email address, ***********************

I attended a concert on 7/5/22 at this venue. I payed an extra $50 for premier parking. No one was directing traffic in our lot and there were no staff to be seen. I was rear ended trying to exit the lot and the other driver/guest was aggressive. I was afraid for my safety and there were no staff in sight. I have tried to contact the venue 3 times since then and no one in their admin team has reached out as they stated they would. Cars were flying in every direction in the lots and I was almost hit twice after already being rear ended. There are major safety concerns which need to be addressed before someone is severely injured. I would like an response from the venue.
