We are thrilled with the ball markers that Keystone made for us! They took our proposed design, then their art department came up with 3 proposals that actually made it hard for us to decide which one to use. Once the decision was made, the order was completed in a very timely manner. We now have the perfect ball marker to use as we celebrate our 10th year anniversary of our Drive Out Cancer golf tournament. Thank you to all who were a part of creating this product. Keystone Specialties has been a lifeline for my small specialty business. Customer responsiveness is excellent and my questions and requests are always acknowledged and immediately handled. We don't need large volumes of promotional items, but smaller high quality items. Often, what we are looking for is too pricey to try to find in retail and the result is never up to standard. Keystone has always helped us to access good quality promotional items at a cost that my business can afford. Recently we ordered wooden handled umbrellas with color logos and beautiful soft-touch metal pens - and everything exceeded expectation. Proofs are always submitted for approval, so I know exactly what we are getting. Additionally, they can send us a few samples so that we can choose carefully to get what we want the first time! Items are always on time, and I know when they'll arrive. If something is delayed, I am notified beforehand. Creative customer managers always help me think of unique items I hadn't even known were available - and the art team has always put together business cards, identification badges, and promotional materials the EVERYONE likes!
