Service request through AHS warranty resulted in this company calling me. Day 1, D said be calling next day set up a time. Day 2, called D find out status. Advised be there on Day 3 between 1 and 5. No show at 5, received a call at 6 that tech is running late and be there later. I said Okay I’m around. No show. Received call from Tech at 9pm, sorry didn’t make it but text or call me if you are available next morning as you will be our priority. I texted saying yes I would be. Day 4, no reply to my text night before nor a call. Called the tech guy, oh I’ll be there at 4pm today. No show, no call. Called AHS Warranty and they basically were like we will call them for a reply and escalate me but it’s at least another 24 hours and same company which I adamantly advised I do not wish to use Service Express given their I don’t care about you attitude. But I had to wait anyways. Next day that promise of escalation failed. Called AHS again, same thing they called the company and D told them the night they were delayed I didn’t want them to come that evening. Flat out lie, and what’s just as worse is the Warranty company doesn’t seem to be on our side even after paying the service fee they still wanted the same company to do the work and it’s in the contract within 24 hours an appointment will be set up. Finally I put down my foot and absolutely refused to use Service Express for anything. So now 6 days no Ac it’s hot out, no heat the weather is going to drop. Not one person as been here to even diagnose what might be something simple. Truly I also question the integrity as well of AHS.

Service request to AHS home warranty resulted in this company contacting me.Made an appointment in a 4 hour window and didnt show up.Called 20 minutes before window end, I couldnt answer the phone (on conf call). Tech left vm that I needed to call him in 10 minutes or hed move on.Called him back. No answer and phone not set up for vm. Called AHS the next day to complain. Put me on hold. 5 minutes later, came back on to tell me that service express rep stated that he was on my property and nobody was home. Lie.I then called service express, since they hadnt bothered to call me to reschedule.I told them what *** told me about the visit. Oh they must have misunderstood what I told them.We were home and awaiting service for 4 hours. No need to call me in order to make sure Im at home. I scheduled a home appointment. Both the home and I committed to be here.I actually did reschedule but then thought better of it and cancelled it.Be very wary of home warranty companies and wary of the contractors they may use.

I was assigned this company thru a home warranty we received when buying our house. Our air conditioning wasnt getting cold so a technician was sent out and showed up in his personal vehicle with nothing but a small pouch containing a handheld monitor. He was here less than 5 mins and told us the lines are clogged and that he will send data to warranty company to determine a fix. A month and a half later. No calls, texts, emails. I left voicemails, texted and emailed daily with no response. The warranty company also had zero contact with the company and escalated the issue as a non responsive contractor. Two days later the company miraculously called me to schedule a senior technician who arrive a few days later with the same guy from the first appointment in the same car. Within 5 mins he said the refrigerant leaked out and that its an easy fix and should be a quick one. A month later. No contact or response to calls/texts and again another escalated ticket with warranty company who also stated theyve heard nothing from them. So 3 months roughly with no A/C and nothing even started to attempt to fix it. I called another local company who came out next day. Diagnosed problem and its being fixed ************ has my contact info and I doubt they contact me. Im actually looking forward to my response on here from this useless company.
