I am the daughter of deceased father ***** ****** *** **** ***** **** ****** *** ****1 My father had a stroke in November and prior to he making this call to local florist It took the receptionist 45 mins to get my fathers order due to his slurred words and inability to speak well May I add that my father was born and raised in Butler and has always used this florist It is now under new ownership On Nov 9 while I was in ****** ** Bedside with my step father who was dying and passed away on Nov 11 I received a call from the florist telling me how mixed up my father ***** was and that they needed clarification I informed them that I wasn’t home in VA At any rate the order was placed in spite of my fathers medical situation. Age 83 On NOV 25 , 2022 he passed away On Dec 7 my uncle felt obliged and Paid that bill I informed the florist of this entire event And they still would not reimburse my uncle Who never made this order It’s unethical in my book And reposting it is my only way to express My disgust I will reimburse my uncle for my own flowers Delivered in spite of me telling them not to ***** *** *** ******** ** ****** **** * ******* **** ******** *******Customer response

The florist gave my uncle store credit
Which is still unacceptable in my book of ethics
But my Uncle **** ****** accepted
