            I would like for the company to recognize that this is a major structural issue to the property that they need to act upon before something serious happens. They need to honor the warranty to address this issue immediately. From several areas outside the exterior of the house (horizontal stair step diagonal and vertical wall cracks can be seen on the exterior) and under the crawl space (foundation walls are apparent of bulging and buckling in the crawl space) it is very visible that there are foundation cracks and work needs to be done to restore the foundation to its original position. Foundation cracks can leave the home vulnerable to flooding and water intrusion which promotes more damage as time passes. I filed a claim with the firm and seems to be no recourse to get them to commit to the warranty that was still within date when I notified them. The home has been inspected by two different companies that specializes in home foundations and has deemed it unlivable if the repairs aren't made. It will progressively get worst.
