Myself and My Husband purchased food from Dickey's Barbecue Pit on 4-18-2023, @ 4:51pm, the food was old, I called the Manager **** to advise him of our experience and told him that I wanted my money back I even told him that I would bring the food back, he advised me that the Owner ******* would be getting back to me within the hour, it was 6pm when I talked to this Manager. I never received a call from the owner ******* that evening. I called Dickey's Barbecue Pit again on 4-19-2023 between 10:30am & 11:30am, at this time I talked to a different manager named ****, he asked me for my receipt information and the last 4 digits of my card number I advised him that I still had the food and I offered to bring it back, he advised me to throw the food away, he said that he would give the owner ******* the receipt information and the last 4 digits of my card # and that ******* would put the money back on my card. That never happened, I have been calling this place everyday since this happened and finally one of the workers gave me the owner *******'s contact # ************, which I have been calling ******* and leaving messages for him to call me back, he has never called me back. I still have the receipt, and would still like to have my money back.
