I summited a complaint, and no manager has contacted me. Facebook Messenger just has an automatic replay, plus emails are sent with no replay.. Very disappointed after years of being a client! I have not received a confirmation of my cancelation of membership nor a refund! I have been a client for many years! Unbelievable! Had a terrible experience with a technician, and seems this company does not care. Rude, disrespectful, and even screaming at me, plus pointing fingers in front of my face. UPDATE; After 2 weeks and just after posting bad reviews I got a text addressing the situation, BUT lying they had called me and got my voicemail. NO MISSED CALLS OR VOICEMAILS, at all. Why? Because they never called! Be aware that they delete complaints on Facebook too.

THEY OVER CHARGE AND REFUSE TO REFUND OR PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION. I had a membership for almost 9 months. Despite the fact that **** had double billed me for 2 memberships after I changed tiers I kept going. Out of no where they increase the price from $124.99 to $219 a month with NO warning. I called and they cannot explain the charge. They THINK they had a price increase. One agent told me there was an increase in December and another told me it happened in February. I dont have a single email or letter stating this. They verified my email address but cannot produce proof of the rate increase.

I never signed up for a membership and didnt authorize the $70 charge from my card. When I called they said they cancelled the membership but the rescuers for refund was denied. I never authorized a membership to be charged in the first place.

I SMELL FRAUD!!! They took my money monthly after denying that I cancelled my membership! It is fraud to charge a card without authorization! The worst part about this is that there is NO customer service. I waited 2 weeks for a response, in which they offered me free service as opposed to a refund. Why would that not be of interest to me> 1) Read their employee reviews - VERY unprofessional technical skills. My lashes fell off 2 days later. No one stays and they claim that they had to watch ******* videos to learn. When I finished my appointment, it was still there! I also ended up with an eye infection two days later! 3) I asked for the owner or managers contact info and the girl on the phone told me that customers are not privileged to that information. Apparently, they work from home, and no one is allowed to get corporate information, including herself. Imagine trusting someone with your credit card info, and they can't reciprocate with professionalism, or an accountable party! Also read the reviews here on the better business bureau (THEY RECIEVED 1 STAR!)- and they haven't even responded to anyone!!! I WOULD NEVER BUY A FRANCHISE THAT HAS SO MANY BAD REVIEWS! LOOK ELSEWHERE - BE EDUCATED AND READ THE REVIEWS!HAVE YOU BEEN STUNG BY THEIR TACTICS? PLEASE CONTACT ME BY EMAIL AS I PLAN ON STARTING A CLASS ACTION SUIT!

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Deka Lash is a scam. Warm body only as manager in Watauga Deka Lash and dishonest: I cancelled my membership in October 2021 and had no further services with them, was NOT billed in November, but then up jumps a $170 charge to my bank account on 11/29. I called their office and as usual nobody there, so called PA number and got the run-around about how they could not stop the charge to my account until they heard from the sorry excuse for a manager...AND said would call me back at 4:30---they have YET to call me OR to cancel the bogus charge on my bank account. These people are NOT ethical---do NOT go there.

Horrible experience. Workers not trained. My lashes started falling out the same day.

They charged me the full amount for a missed appointment that I tried to cancel online, but it didn't work. They will also not let you cancel you membership less than 30 days ahead of time, they make you pay an additional month.
