              I ordered a mala bracelet on September 1. I received a email they were bombarded with orders and would be in touch when it would be shipped. Today is October 22 and I still have not received my item. I tried there email address and it doesn't exist. Very similar to other prior complaints. I have ordered many times previously and received my items. Not sure what is going on ? Very frustrating.

              Terrible company! I placed an order on July 29 for $75. I have not received my items yet. Made multiple attempts to call with the number listed on the website and all I get is a busy signal. Emailed the support email address listed, received a return email that it no longer exist.

              This company took my payment and never delivered!!! Phone number is a busy signal. Email address is flagged "Address not found" DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

              AWFUL. Paid for but never rec'd 2 mala bracelets for $47.38. My card was charged immediately, and received an order confirmation, but no shipping info or tracking email followed. Emailed Customer Service back to support at pranaheart.com the following week to inquire and email was returned as "address not found" and undeliverable. Today, went to pranaheart dot com to check on order, and website is down!!!!

              I ordered 3 items at an unbelievable great price! It has been almost a month and I haven't received any of those items. I tried reaching out via email and no response. I paid through PayPal and have opened a case with them for a refund. I wish I would have done my due diligence with this company BEFORE I purchased from them. This is just bad all around this business spits on peoples spirituality. I pray for you Prana Heart that your business and the people who run it start fulfilling your orders in a timely and responsible way.

              Horrible company. I should have checked them out before I ordered. Scam for sure . Thankfully I ordered through PayPal and they gave me a full refund. Apparently there are several cases of items not shipped and or items allegedly shipped yet never received. Stay away! Buy American!

              I ordered something from this company back in September, 2021 and have been actively checking the tracking information. It has not arrived.I have now reached out twice to this company and they have not responded to my requests.I am not happy at all with their customer service which seems to be none.

              I am giving a 1 in order to write this review. This is a scam company. Even if you get your order, you will wait for weeks. You will not be able to get in touch with the company You will not be able to return anything. But they will take your money REALLY fast. DO NOT ODER FROM THIS SITE. You will regret it.
